Refund, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

At Archdale Integrative Medicine, we value our patients and strive to provide exceptional care and a positive experience. Appointments are reserved specifically for each patient, and our policies are designed to respect both our patients’ schedules and our providers’ time.
$50 Booking Fee
A $50 booking fee is required to reserve an appointment. The fee will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled visit or service when the appointment is completed. The $50 booking fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, your booking fee may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment rather than forfeited. If you choose to cancel rather than reschedule, the $50 booking fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited if canceled after 24 hours of booking. A new booking fee is required for a later appointment.
No-Shows
Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not contact the office to cancel or reschedule will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit the $50 booking fee. A new $50 booking fee is required before scheduling another appointment.
Wellness Consultations and Treatments
Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable. Payment covers the provider’s professional time, evaluation, and services provided during the appointment. Payment does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, medication, or outcome. Payments for treatments or services that have already been performed are non-refundable. Individual responses vary.
Prepaid Services, Packages, and Gift Cards
Prepaid treatment packages and promotional services are subject to the terms provided at purchase. Partially used packages are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Unused prepaid services may be considered for account credit at the practice’s discretion. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Retail Products and Approved Refunds
Opened or used skincare, wellness, prescription, or other healthcare-related products generally cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or otherwise required by law. When a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original form of payment when possible.
